Look inward to reimagine the future.
Why ‘Reflekshin’?
Our name blends two powerful ideas:
Reflection | Shin
Reflection – the practice of seeing yourself clearly
Shin (新) – the Chinese and Japanese character for “new”
Together, Reflekshin represents a new way of seeing yourself
This is the heart of Reflekshin: creating a still, clear space where people can see themselves fully and step into new ways of being.
Our story
The inspiration for Reflekshin came from a teaching: the mindset of a guide must be like water.
When water is still, it reflects clearly. In that calm, quiet state, one can see themselves without distortion—both the surface image and what lies beneath.
Like still water, which reflects both surface and depth, Reflekshin creates space to see yourself without distortion—and to discover new pathways forward.
Who we are
Mallini Singh
Founder, PCC-accredited Coach, and MentorIn my career, I have worked across 4 continents in consulting and in tech startups, across strategy, operations and even enterprise functions. No plane, train or automobile in Johannesburg, San Francisco, Dubai, Egypt, Amsterdam or Bangkok has ever taken me on a greater adventure than those journeys I have done inwards with my own coaches, mentors and guides.
The greatest lesson I have learned is that the value of the time you take to connect and align within yourself far outweighs grinding out the work, in being successful.
It’s never about who you know, it’s about - do you know yourself? And do you know what real success means to you.
As you rise, personal mastery is the better predictor of success than perfecting execution. Clarity and alignment lead to being smarter, more efficient and more driven at knowing what and how to do things.
My own definition of success is waking up every day and feeling excited for the day ahead (or at least most days:) And making sure that as many people find, and feel that, as possible.
Reflekshin is where science meets art, and where self-’seeing’ becomes the spark for true change.
Begin your journey toward clarity, confidence, and purposeful action.
